The Fundamentals of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) course is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the PDPA and its implications for organizations that handle personal data. Course Content

The 11 PDPA Obligations
Each lesson will focus on each of the Obligations, in which there are a total of Eleven. This is based on Singapore's PDPA, however, organisations from other countries can also gain understanding because the principles will be quite similar with their own respective countries' Privacy regulation, with some differences and interpretation.
